POSE Fitness (“POSE,” “we,” “us”) provides training, coaching, marketplace, and related services through web, iOS, and Android apps. This policy describes how we collect, use, and share personal information.

Information we collect

• Account data: name, email, role (athlete, coach, merchant, admin), profile photo.
• Training and health-adjacent usage: workouts, assignments, assessments, nutrition journal entries you choose to save.
• Commerce data: purchases, wallet/ledger events, seller earnings, billing identifiers via Stripe.
• Support and marketing: contact-form and get-started leads, email consent, CRM notes.
• Device and session data: authentication cookies, app diagnostics, approximate location from IP.

How we use it

We use this information to operate the product, authenticate users, deliver training and marketplace features, process payments, prevent abuse, send transactional email, and — with consent — marketing email.

Processors

We use service providers including Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Twenty (sales CRM for website leads), and cloud hosting/storage. They process data only to provide those services.

Your choices

• Access or update profile details in Account settings.
• Request deletion of your account from Account settings (type DELETE to confirm) or email andy@posefitness.io. Deletion removes your POSE account and associated personal data except records we must keep for legal, tax, or fraud prevention.
• Unsubscribe from marketing email via the link in each message or /unsubscribe.

Children

POSE is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
