These terms govern access to POSE Fitness web and native apps, including athlete, coach, merchant, marketplace, certification, and related services.
You must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. POSE may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
Paid plans, marketplace purchases, Teams licenses, and Wallet transactions are charged as disclosed at checkout. Web billing uses Stripe. iOS memberships may be billed by Apple. Renewals continue until canceled. Refunds follow the channel that collected payment (Stripe or the App Store).
Do not misuse the service, scrape without permission, upload unlawful content, or interfere with other users’ training or commerce. Coaching and marketplace listings must be accurate and owned by you or properly licensed.
Workouts and assessments are educational. They are not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting a new training program.
You may delete your account in Account settings. POSE may terminate access for violation of these terms. Provisions that should survive (including payment, IP, and limitation of liability) remain in effect.
