  • Session from HIIT 100 Level 2. Tobias Young programming exported from PT Distinction.

  • Complete one Bushido Bootcamp Prep session or movement-screen station each day for seven days.

  • The Functional Movement Screen (FMS) is a standardized screening tool used to evaluate fundamental movement patterns in individuals with no current pain or injury. It consists of seven bodyweight tests designed to assess mobility, stability, balance, and coordination across key joints and movement chains. By identifying asymmetries and movement limitations, the FMS helps coaches, trainers, and clinicians create personalized corrective strategies to reduce injury risk and improve overall performance. Each test is scored on a 0–3 scale: 3 = Performs movement correctly without compensation; 2 = Performs movement with some compensation; 1 = Unable to perform the movement; 0 = Pain during the movement. Total score indications: Less than 14 Points → Increased Risk of Injury; 14-16 Points → Good, but Monitor Closely; 17-21 → Excellent Movement Capacity. Repeat assessment for progress every 4-6 weeks when seeking to improve functional movement.

  • Earn Your Stack is a seven-day performance challenge built for tactical athletes, law enforcement professionals, and combat sport practitioners who need more than just fitness—they need readiness. Each session targets a key pillar: grit, control, capacity, teamwork, and recovery. From high-pressure conditioning to nasal-only breathing and isometric holds, this program is designed to build mental toughness, muscular endurance, and operational composure under fatigue. You don’t just train—you test, retest, and prove your growth. You can’t fake preparation. Earn Your Stack was built to expose the gaps and sharpen the edge—one day at a time. Seminar Stack Kate
