  • 4. Lower + Core from 5 day workouts at home Dumbbell EIGHT. Tobias Young programming exported from PT Distinction.

  • Physical fitness test for U.S. Coast Guard Active Duty and Reserve members, aligned closely with Navy PRT structure.

  • Four-week basketball skills program from Austin Pickett and Aspiring Perfection. Athletes rotate shooting, finishing, handles, defense, and conditioning. Coaches can assign the full program or any session from the builder library.

  • 5 day workouts with dumbbells at home TWELVE from Tobias Young. 4 sessions from the source PDF `5DayDBWorkouts_Home_12.pdf`.

  • Two-hour USMC-aligned session: fifteen-minute dynamic warm-up, forty-five minutes of cardiovascular endurance (moderate run, 30/30 sprint intervals, cool-down jog), forty-five minutes of bodyweight strength in a superset, and fifteen minutes of static stretching.

  • Workout 3: Back & Shoulders from At Home Bodybuilding 6.0. Tobias Young programming exported from PT Distinction.

  • Session from At Home Bodybuilding 6.3. Tobias Young programming exported from PT Distinction.

  • Session from 5.1 Fat Loss at Home Week 2-4. Tobias Young programming exported from PT Distinction.

  • This 3-day program is built to develop real-world strength, muscular endurance, and metabolic conditioning using minimal equipment. Each day targets a key training theme—pull and carry strength, lower-body power and core control, and full-body intensity. With a balanced mix of loaded carries, kettlebell work, and bodyweight conditioning, you’ll build a body that moves well, lasts longer, and performs harder—both in training and everyday life. Yeah, this sucks right now... but dawn is coming. Tyler Ross

Frequently asked questions

Do I pay during the presale?

No. Presale signup is free. Create your account and join the early-access list now. When POSE V2 launches publicly, we will email you with activation steps and plan options.

Is POSE V2 live yet?

Not as a public product. This page is early access for fighters. Create a free account now — app access opens after launch.

What happens when I create an account?

You authenticate with Clerk, we add you to the POSE early-access list in our CRM, and save your audience interest. The athlete/coach app stays closed until your launch activation email.

Can I just leave an email?

Yes. Use the waitlist form if you prefer email only. Creating an account is the faster path and keeps your Clerk login ready for launch day.
