  • Stack Wins: upper strength plus farmer carries for durability.

  • The Presidential Fitness Challenge is a U.S. government physical fitness program designed to encourage school-aged children to develop healthy exercise habits. It includes a series of standardized tests that measure strength, endurance, flexibility, and agility. Participants complete events such as the shuttle run, curl-ups, sit & reach, push-ups or pull-ups, and a timed run. Performance is scored based on age and gender, with high achievers earning awards like the Presidential Physical Fitness Award. The program’s goal is to promote lifelong physical activity, improve overall fitness, and help students track their progress over time.

  • 5 day workouts at home dumbbell FOUR from Tobias Young. 5 sessions from the source PDF `5DayDBWorkouts_Home_4.pdf`.

  • The Functional Movement Screen (FMS) is a standardized screening tool used to evaluate fundamental movement patterns in individuals with no current pain or injury. It consists of seven bodyweight tests designed to assess mobility, stability, balance, and coordination across key joints and movement chains. By identifying asymmetries and movement limitations, the FMS helps coaches, trainers, and clinicians create personalized corrective strategies to reduce injury risk and improve overall performance. Each test is scored on a 0–3 scale: 3 = Performs movement correctly without compensation; 2 = Performs movement with some compensation; 1 = Unable to perform the movement; 0 = Pain during the movement. Total score indications: Less than 14 Points → Increased Risk of Injury; 14-16 Points → Good, but Monitor Closely; 17-21 → Excellent Movement Capacity. Repeat assessment for progress every 4-6 weeks when seeking to improve functional movement.

  • Session from HIIT 100 LEVEL 1. Tobias Young programming exported from PT Distinction.

  • Physical Screening Test for Special Warfare Combatant-craft Crewman (SWCC) candidates — swim-focused with standard NSW strength/endurance events.

  • Workout 3 from Tabata 3.1 w/ Db's: 3 Rounds. Tobias Young programming exported from PT Distinction.

  • The Air Force Special Warfare Initial Fitness Test (IFT) Assessment is a comprehensive evaluation designed to assess the physical readiness of candidates aspiring to join the Special Warfare community. The IFT focuses on core elements of strength, endurance, and overall fitness necessary for success in demanding Air Force Special Warfare training. The test includes multiple components: a 1.5-mile run, push-ups, sit-ups, and pull-ups, all performed within specific time limits and standards. This assessment serves as an initial benchmark for candidates, ensuring they are physically prepared for the challenges of rigorous training and operations. Achieving a high score on the IFT is crucial for candidates aiming to move forward in the selection process for elite roles like Combat Control, Pararescue, Tactical Air Control Party (TACP), and Special Reconnaissance. Train like you're already in the field—every rep, every step, brings you closer to passing the test. Stay focused, stay consistent, and prepare for the challenges you'll face.

  • Current Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT) for Active Duty, Army Reserve, and Army National Guard soldiers. Required twice annually for record testing.
